Cancelling

You can cancel PromptMason Pro any time from the link in your receipt email. You keep your plan until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and it doesn't renew after that.

Refunds

• If Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to monthly and yearly Pro.
• After 14 days, and for renewals, we don't refund partial periods. Cancel to stop the next renewal.
• If you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll put it right.

How to ask

Email support@promptmason.ai from the address you used at checkout. Refunds are made through Polar, our payment provider, to your original payment method.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law.
